Awesome pics Abbey. Can't wait to see the moose picture too. I've never seen a moose in Alberta and I've spent a fair amount of time in the mountains. I guess I don't have a good moose vibe... :)

i'll definitely post those soon...i just got them today, actually. but interesting tidbit i heard from someone...the moose in cape breton are actually genetically related to the alberta moose, rather than the native mainland population (which is endangered)...weird, huh?

Very cool moose fact. Weren't the moose brought over to the island for hunting purposes? Guess they got the original moose from out west. Better tasting?

BTW, how do you pronounce the name of the NP you're working in?

huh. how exactly can i tell you how to pronounce that? maybe you'll just have to wait until december! (or alternatively, try breaking it up into syllables) =D
